Warranty & Complaints

Warranty

All products you purchase from us come with a standard legal warranty. This means that a product must meet what a consumer can reasonably expect from it. This legal warranty is in addition to any additional warranties we offer. We provide a standard 1-year warranty on the functionality of all our products. For laptop, tablet, and smartphone batteries, we offer a 2-month warranty. Please note that the battery life of these products may be less than with a new purchase. For most products, it is possible to extend the warranty to 2 years, which you can select on the product page.

What is Covered Under Warranty?

You have a 1-year warranty on all hardware components, including:

  • Motherboard
  • Processor
  • Memory
  • Hard drive
  • Screen
  • Keyboard
  • And more...

What is Not Covered Under Warranty?

Battery Life:
The battery life of a laptop decreases over time with usage. Unfortunately, we cannot offer a warranty on battery longevity. However, we do guarantee that the battery will function properly, meaning it should work independently from the adapter.

Water Damage:
Water and electronics do not mix. Each product has moisture indicators. If water damage is detected, the warranty will be void.

Accidental Damage:
If you accidentally drop the product or cause damage by hitting it against something, the warranty will be void. However, you can always bring the product to us for repair at a reasonable cost.
